A real design object that both dog and owner will enjoy. Small dogs love the enclosed form of the Covo; the raised rear of the bed offers a cosy, protected space for dogs to curl up and sleep, and as with all of MiaCara’s modern objects for dogs, the Covo has been meticulously designed to not only look great in your living space, but to be long lasting and easy to care for.
The quality also meets the highest demands: Made from bent genuine wood, the frame of the Covo is extremely strong and sturdy. A specially designed foam cushion offers excellent support for your dog’s spine, and the soft, yet durable fabric or faux fur cover is easily removable and washable. The hard-wearing cover is pleasantly soft to the touch and can be easily removed thanks to the zip fastener.
The Covo lounge works perfectly with the Desco dog feeder in Ash wood and Walnut (the color and texture of the wood may vary).

Mattress: 60° C gentle wash cycle
The cushion filling is made of extremely soft, open cell foam. To maintain the excellent properties of this material in the long run, the cushion should be cleaned accordingly. The best cleaning procedure for the inner cushion is to wash it with a commercially available mild detergent at temperatures up to 60° C. It is not recommended to use highly chlorinated and chemically aggressive washing additives. A brownish discoloration of the foam can not be avoided, but has no effect on the quality of the foam. After washing and rinsing please remove as much water as possible through the spin cycle. The inner cushion can be best dried by air on a rack. It can also be tumble dried at 60° C, but please avoid over-drying. Please plump up the inner cushion regularly so that it retains its fluffiness and shape.
Cover:
Most stains can simply be wiped off or brushed out, or removed by vacuuming the surface of the cover carefully with an upholstery brush. If necessary, the covers can be machine washed. Please wash and dry the covers according to the care instructions below.
Cover fabric (Sand, Mocca): 40° C gentle wash cycle
The cover is machine washable at max. 40° C (gentle cycle) or can be dry cleaned. After washing, let the cover air dry on a rack, do not tumble dry. If needed, iron the fabric only at the lowest level without steam.
Cover fabric (Hemp): 60° C
The cover is machine washable at 60° C or can be dry cleaned. After washing, please let the cover air dry on a rack, and do not put it in the dryer. If needed, iron the fabric only at the lowest level (synthetic).
Cover faux fur (Ivory, Taupe): 30° C gentle wash cycle
The faux fur cover can be washed at 30° C under gentle cycle or can be dry cleaned. So the fur stays fluffy and soft for a long time, shake out briefly after washing and leave it on a rack to air dry. Please do not put into the dryer.
