We have been using Paw & Property to look after our cat when we travel for the past four years. They have been wonderful! Flexible with dates, considerate of our wishes and preferences and always trustworthy. We have been getting photos and videos each day and know that the cat is well taken care of. Great service

I have asked Stephanie and Johan many times to take care of Jax, my mini poodle. I have engaged them both when I have to be in the office the whole day or when traveling for business. They are both great! Very reliable and, most importantly, Jax loves them. They always sent me a short note on how Jax did that day and a nice photo or short video of where they went with him. Paw & Property took care of our 1,5yo Australian Shepherd, as we were visiting Basel for our friends‘ wedding and were looking for dog day care. They responded to my inquiry and scheduled a call. The interview was very detailed (what I really liked!) and ensured me that Paw & Property knew how to make our dog’s stay a pleasant experience. P&P really went above and beyond to take care of our home and kitten Mavis. We were so reassured by the passion for animals they showed. Mavis took to them instantly and they had a way with her that showed their intuition with animals. They were so approachable it made organising everything a breeze.
