Which animals does Paw & Property look after?
Paw & Property specialises in dogs and cats, but also has regular assignments with other animals. The best thing to do is to contact us and we can discuss your ideas and the needs of your animals together.
How many dogs are looked after by Paw & Property at the same time?
Normally only one dog per assignment, but we can look after up to four dogs from the same household. Please enquire about availability.
I'm planning an event that my two dogs can't attend. I therefore need someone to look after the dogs at my home until midnight. Does Paw & Property offer this service?
Yes, we are happy to look after your dogs at your home until midnight. Beforehand, we will discuss your dogs’ needs with you and go through checklists, behaviour and care routines together. Please contact us to check availability.
My Dream Wedding takes place with my dog by our side, but no dog hair all over my dress. How do I make my wish come true?
We’ve got you! You book our Wedding Care service and enjoy your special day without a worry in the world.
Get ready in the morning, your dog is taken care of until it’s time to walk alongside you, bring you the rings, look at you in awe and bomb some photos afterwards. We will make sure your dog feels integrated without being overwhelmed.

Will I be informed about the well-being of my pet while I am away?
Yes, you will receive a daily update with photos and videos of your pets and we will answer all your questions. Please be aware that we will never disclose a care location. If you have any questions now, we look forward to hearing from you!
My travel plans have changed, can I change or cancel care that I have already booked?
Yes, a change or cancellation is possible at any time. You can find out about the applicable cancellation fees and conditions here.
I have unfortunately forgotten to get enough food or sand for the litter tray, what should I do?
Don’t worry, it can happen! During the care period, we will organise everything your pet needs for the entire care period in consultation with you and note this on the final invoice. You can find out about the purchase costs here.
Can Paw & Property take my cat to the vet during the holiday care?
Your cat has a vet appointment in your absence that you completely forgot about and don’t want to postpone again. Yes, of course we can do this for you! You can find out about the additional costs here.
Can I have my chronically ill pet looked after by Paw & Property if it needs regular medication?
Yes, you can inform us of the medical condition and we will follow your vet’s instructions. Please note that we cannot look after animals with infectious or acute illnesses, as the risk of infection for carers and other animals is too great. Further information can be found here.
