Before every new assignment, we arrange a personal meet-and-greet. We provide detailed contracts, checklists and payment options, and we stay in touch throughout each assignment, providing updates as requested. Feeding routines and activities are thoroughly documented.

We have experience with all kinds of pets, from tiny puppies to large breeds, and even multi-species households. We have even cared for 50 animals at once on a private estate. We bring extensive experience and adaptability to every situation.

Our daycare service is available in Basel and the surrounding area. Being local means we can accommodate regular or short-notice bookings with ease.
